Scrapper delivers a quick precise strike at the enemies nerve/pressure point, causing disruption in the enemy. Disrupts their flow of energy and preventing them from casting abilities.
Duration: 3 seconds

Effects (locked behind Combo II)

Level 1

Applies "Disruption" (energy lock?) to the target

Level 2

Applies "Nerve Damage" debuff on the target once the disruption wears off. Every 3 seconds, the target will get stunned for 1 second. This effect lasts for 3 ticks.
