Throws an overhand right that has vfx following the path of the attack creating an "eclipse" Also the Scrapper should shout on releasing the attack to show the effort required for this)

Area: 5 meters

Effects

Level 1

Consumes all combo and causes 10 damage per combo level to everyone around the scrapper

Level 2

All targets have all of their actions (movement, casting, etc) slowed down by 10% per combo level for 5 seconds
