The Scrapper focuses the energy within them, giving them 2 scrappy bonus counts.

Effects

Level 1

Immediately gains 2 scrappy bonus counts at the end of the animation

Level 2

If the scrapper is not attacked during the animation, gains a buff that permanently (until death or class change) increases the base scrappy bonus count by 1. Stacks with previous Inner Focus buffs.
